We Replace Pool Lights LLC does one job: pool lights. Below are the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, just call.
What services do you offer in Tempe?
Three things. We replace pool lights that have failed. We upgrade old incandescent and halogen lights to LED. And we troubleshoot fixtures that flicker, fill with water, or trip the breaker. That's the whole list, and that's on purpose.
Why hire a pool light company instead of my pool service?
Your pool service may be great at water chemistry and cleaning. Lighting is a different skill set. Because we do nothing but lights, we tend to finish faster, charge less, and avoid the guesswork that comes with a job someone only does once in a while.
Do I need to drain my pool?
Usually not. Most pool light fixtures are designed to be serviced without draining the pool. If your setup is unusual, we'll let you know before we start.
Is LED worth it?
For most older lights, yes. LEDs use far less electricity, last much longer, and put out cleaner, brighter light. Many also give you color options. If your current light still works and you like it, we'll tell you that too.
My light trips the GFCI. Is that dangerous?
It can be. Tripping often points to water getting into the fixture. Stop using the light and have it looked at. We'll find the cause and explain your options.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what's wrong and which light you choose. You'll get a clear quote before any work begins.
Are there jobs you won't take?
Yes. We stick to minor repair and replacement of existing pool lights. We don't run new circuits or do work that needs a permit. See our licensing page for details.
