We believe in being upfront. So instead of a long sales pitch, here's a plain list of what we handle for Carefree homeowners and what falls outside our work.
What we do
Pool light replacement. If your light has burned out, cracked, or failed, we replace the bulb, lens, gasket, or full fixture as needed.
LED upgrades. We convert older halogen and incandescent lights to LED. LEDs use far less electricity, last years longer, run cooler, and many offer color options.
Fixture troubleshooting. Flickering, tripped breakers, and water inside the lens all have a cause. We find it before recommending a fix.
What we don't do
- Pool cleaning, chemicals, or routine maintenance
- Pumps, filters, heaters, or other pool equipment
- New electrical circuits or panel work
- Any job that needs a building permit or totals $1,000 or more
That last point comes from Arizona's handyman exception, which we operate under. You can read the details on our licensing page. If your problem turns out to be bigger than a light replacement, we'll tell you so you can call the right professional.
Why that narrow focus helps you
Because we skip everything else, we're very good at the one thing we do. You get a tech who works on pool lights every day, a faster job, and a price without full-service overhead built in.
Replacement or LED?
If your light still works and you just need a part replaced, a like-for-like fix may be all you need. If your light is an older halogen or incandescent model, we'll usually suggest looking at LED, since it cuts power use and lasts much longer. Either way, the choice is yours and we'll price it clearly.
What to expect
Reach out by phone or through our quote form and tell us what the light is doing. We'll give you a clear price, schedule the work, and test the light with you when we're done.
